We sat 25 minutes after our reservation time and then, if we had set ourselves our waitress, not 12 minutes on the table to even recognize us. once she finally came by and took our drink order that she had disappeared again, finally ordering and she was out. I'd never go on a register card, but I'm looking at it as it didn't seem to be taking care of.

Buffalo wild wings told me that they don't take any reviews despite an open table that allows me to make one. fortunately, this was just about 5 minutes.

There was the wrong order, which contained extremely hot sauce. my pommes were taken away instead of letting me eat them while I wait for my correct order. then my corrected order did not even have the right article on it. no discount was granted.

We reserved a hightop for four and they they gave us the best table in the house! Nice! Great service, our waiter put up with us perfectly.

We had a reservation for 6:00 for a party of 8 prior to the Tim and Faith concert. The service was awful, eve waitress said the kitchen wouldn’t be able to get our food to us on time prior to the concert and recommended we eat somewhere else unless we were interested in just ordering drinks, then we would be ok. That even took forever forever to get. Your manager is awful if he or she didn’t staff accordingly with proper kitchen staff to accommodate a large concert crowd who is interested in eating. New hires, training and probably management replacement would be the first step in being more efficient
