The reservation did not exist. I'm here and they said they didn't take reservations. This open reservation system has lied to me and is misleading. The restaurant was great
The manager said that our booking was not on OpenTable and that he hadn't prepared our reservation. He was also quite rude!
The manager informed us that our reservation wasn't noted on the system, and he had not prepared for our arrival. Additionally, his demeanor was quite rude.
