I gave four stars because my food was ok but not anything I would order again. My chicken was way over cooked, dry, and cold when I received it. It was also tremendously under seasoned. The sweet potato was delicious, though! My husband enjoyed his steak dinner. The service receives 5 stars! Our service was excellent! View all feedback.
What Shea Schaden doesn't like about Brann's Steakhouse Grille:
This was my first visit to Brann. The steak was cooked perfectly; I ordered it medium and that's exactly how it came. It was on the thicker side, although there were some parts that were more medium-sized. View all feedback.
My steak was pretty okay. My mom's 1st steak had to be sent back because it was so tough (it happenes) and then the second sent back again because it was extremely undercooked for how she ordered it. Our server was great though. It's been awhile since I've been to Brann's and truthfully I was expecting a lot more. It will probably be awhile until I'm back.
Definitely doesn't follow the standards of the other Brans. Wings are not the same, came with wrong sauce, steaks were cold and over cooked, salads were missed, and other sides were incorrect. Our waitress was very sweet, overworked and certainly trying!
This place is still the best for steaks! I'm from Kalamazoo and ours closed way before the pandemic hit. Our first waitress was an absolite sweetheart, fast and efficient! I've been there twice so far, my Trash Can was on point, and the second waitress was also fast, friendly, and efficient...she reminded me of a young Jodi Foster (she's only 18 and had no clue as to who she was lol) she promised to watch some of her movies so we could discuss them on our next visit! Overall very pleased
This was by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My group of 10 called ahead for a reservation and were told we would be served first. However, when we arrived, we were not seated ahead of anyone else. We were made to wait for about 40 minutes, during which time over 20 other groups of varying sizes were seated before us. We spoke to the staff about the issue three times and each time were told there was no room for us. We were essentially told that we should never come back if we didn't want to wait.
My husband and his friends attempted to have lunch at this restaurant with a total of five people. The sign indicated that they were at full capacity, so he asked if it would be possible for us to sit in the other dining area. The waitress/bartender was rude and told us that they were not understaffed, so they would not open up another area for us to sit. We decided to leave and informed another group of people who were waiting for a table about our experience. It is understandable that being understaffed can be frustrating, but it is not the customers' fault. A business should not turn away customers simply because they do not want to open up another dining area. This not only results in lost revenue for the business, but also affects the income of the staff.
