Bigby Coffee - Grand Rapids

Great staff, very friendly. It is so beautiful to be greeted with such enthusiasm and joy. Coffee is also great. Better than Starbucks

I recently visited this Biggby Coffee location for the first time, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The self-service with the thermal coffee carafes is quite convenient; I was able to choose my coffee just the way I like it. Both the restaurant and the self-service area were clean and well-maintained. The staff was professional and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for fast, high-quality self-service coffee.

I’m really appreciative that an employee had the courage to ask a patron without a mask to put one on. While I was waiting for my order, another customer came in with their mask pulled down, and the staff kindly requested that she pull it over her nose. Thank you for being so attentive to health and safety. I will definitely be returning! I also wanted to suggest to management that it would be helpful to have a tip option available for employees when customers pay by credit card, as it can be challenging if someone doesn’t have cash on hand. My bagel and drink were fantastic and delicious!

This was my first visit to a Biggby Coffee, and I found this location to be extremely convenient as it was close to my hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. The staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed my drink.
