Big E's Sports Grill - Grand Rapids

I have waited eagerly for them to open again after closing by COVID. Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was perfectly crispy with the right amount of sauce. Asked for malt vinegar for my pommes and my server went back to the kitchen to look for some. She came back to tell me that the cook saw and couldn't find anyone. It is not a very common request. And then two minutes later the cook came with a smoke of malt vinegar. I was super impressed that even after the server broke the bad news, he always watched and then took the time to bring it out. My bartender was very attentive, and the barback was constantly checking on the guests, offering water and spending coke. Apparently they take care of customer service and it showed.

Large new sports bar near downtown. Excellent food, huge local beer selection, and the biggest TV I saw. Try it!

Stopped in for a bite to eat. Arika our server was super friendly, attentive, and always available and happy. Steve the bartender made top notch drinks with a smile. The manager was walking around making sure our experience was perfect! The food was delicious and full of flavor. If your staying in the hotel or in the area; I would stop by for good food, service, and a great atmosphere.

Jenn is a phenomenal bartender, with great experience and personality. The food portions are great and the quality is awesome. Great local spot right on the river. Eugene the manager here has been nothing short of exceptional making sure our visit has been great. Lots of large TVs, a ton of space, a great patio and view. Really enjoyed our time here.

I love Big E’s! Too many TVs to count, so they always have “the game” on. They recently expanded their hours so I can go watch games that start earlier in the day with my friends. Their food is pretty typical for a sports bar, but I highly recommend their chicken Caesar salad wrap.
