I stopped by during the lunch rush for a shake and noticed a few large orders ahead of me. By the time I reached the window, my shake had melted, and I (rather rudely) asked for a fresh one. However, the lady was extremely professional; she apologized and provided me with a new shake, all while smiling. She even offered an upgraded shake! Thank you for resolving the situation so well! most miserable drive thru experience if u go anytime after 8pm. sit in drive thru for at least 30-40 minutes total almost every time. took me 20 min to even get to order with only 3 cars in front of us (that we could see). have never experienced such consistently slow and unenthusiastic service. if anything else is open and youre not interested in sitting in a non moving drive thru line for an hour, find somewhere el... Fish was okay, but not worth the cost. I also waited in the drive through for a half hour to get it. They were friendly.
Less than 10mins from start of getting in line(before ordering) to receiving our food. This was around 4pm on a Tuesday. No long wait for us! Order was perfect!
