Arby's - Grand Rapids

I have a slight fondness for Arby's! It's one of the more expensive fast food choices, but it definitely helps that it's the only restaurant on my way to work. The drive-thru line can be a bit slow, but the staff is friendly and the food is tasty.

I went to Arby’s on April 21, 2022, around 9:30 AM and ended up waiting in the car for 27 minutes. I initially thought they were short-staffed, but that wasn’t the case; there were five employees working at the counter, although the lobby was closed. There were also additional staff preparing food. Despite this, it felt like they were struggling to keep up with the drive-thru orders, and I noticed at least 15 cars in line. I believe management needs to focus on improving service speed. Overall, I was very disappointed with the level of service I received.

The staff at this restaurant is exceptional, and they consistently strive to serve fresh food.

My wife came for lunch, 2 for 4 bratbeef, curly berries. Chocolate shaker was cloudy, WOW! yummo. They're really busy between 11:30. Honest Dennis Nancy Merryman.

Good service and food was fast not too busy.
