Visited on Halloween night. Went in for a change and glad i did. Was greeted by Roc the cashier immediately he went above and beyond for me on my order thanks Roc! Great customer service. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Rudest workers on the speaker and the drive thru window and on the phone. 3 different people I talked to and all rude. So you know that this place has no good customer service at night. They are unprofessional and rude. Cut off immediately when you get to the window. When I called her, they hung me up. After talking to me for 20 seconds, cut me off and hang up. Very unprofessional, should learn how to talk to people. View all feedback.
Repeated my order and they still got it wrong. Rushed me through my order (which was small) but for 2 people. They managed to mess up both of them. Missing half of my order. Incompetant workers dont know how to put a chicken strip on a biscuit.
Burger delivered to my table less than 2 minutes after I ordered. Burnt dry meat, crumbled when I touched it. Four out of the 5 last times,,,same result. General Manager doesn't seem to care. But, Breakfast Platter is Great!!!
Don't eat here if you're Muslim. They use the same utensils and grill to cook all the meats without washing anything or wiping anything down so everything has bacon grease on it. Ew.
I've come to this location quite often, particularly in the mornings for their breakfast. Food always tastes fresh and is nice and hot. Every now and again we come for milkshakes which this location nails the chocolate shakes when it comes to making them! Always enjoy this whataburger, I personally have yet to have a bad experience going here
If I could give this Whataburger a minus 5 I would. I placed my order on my app at 5:45pm 7/14/22 for curbside. I arrived at 5:55pm. A sweet employee brought me my drink. I still did not have my order of 2 burgers,ff onion rings at 6:20. I went inside was told it wasn't ready. I observed there was a manager and an employee at the registers. Maybe 10 employees at the kitchen and drive-thru. I still didn't have my meal at 6:45. I asked for a refund and was told I since I had ordered on the app the mgr had no authority to refund me. I asked for a compensation of a drink and 2 pies and was told no. I advised the mgr that I witnessed an employee grabbing a handful of fries from a drive in window order. Nothing was done. At 7:10pm I had my order. The sweet girl that had first served my tea in the car added an apple pie. Upon arriving at home, I sent an email to corporate and the general mgr. Today is 7/19/22 and I have not had a response.
