Great place for a quick bite if you're on a time constraint. They have daily lunch specials and if you're a fan of frozen margaritas and don't want to break the wallet then you can't go wrong here. Service is quick and staff is friendly. Thefajitas are great and so is the fajita torta. View all feedback.
What Rebecca Mckee Dever doesn't like about Rio Bravo Grand Prairie:
Quickly turn around! Margaritas are watered down and taste like Mountain Dew, food is gross, not authentic or even Tex Mex. Everything is out of a can or bag.. Definitely wouldn?t recommend to anyone. The worker even said he doesn?t eat the food. Weshoulda left then. Not good at all. View all feedback.
Food was pretty good, the restaurant is pretty rowdy (although that might just be because it was the weekend). Mixed drinks were extremely over priced though and the drink menu didn't list any prices. Each cazuela was 25 bucks and tasted like only half ashot was added.
Delicious food and drinks! Reasonably priced and great service.
This is a fantastic spot for a quick meal if you're in a hurry. They offer daily lunch specials, and if you enjoy frozen margaritas without spending too much, this is the place for you. The service is fast, and the staff is very friendly. The fajitas are excellent, and the fajita torta is delicious as well.
Act quickly and avoid this place! The margaritas are diluted and taste like Mountain Dew, and the food is terrible—completely inauthentic and not even Tex-Mex. Everything seems to come from a can or a bag. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. One of the workers even mentioned that he doesn’t eat the food himself. We should have left at that point. Overall, not a good experience at all.
I returned on November 2nd, and since it was a Wednesday evening, it wasn’t crowded. However, our server appeared somewhat distracted, leaving us waiting quite a while before taking our order. I tried a Mojito Cubano, which was quite good, and the Molcajete Gomez was okay, though it didn’t taste as fresh as the other dishes I had enjoyed during my previous visits.
