For a big pizza chain, this pizza hut is damn good. Excellent flavorful soft deep dish crust... Best one in Grand Prairie. I would rather drive to this location than have the one closest to my house deliver. Just goes to show not every Big Chain fast food is consistent on thier products. And in the case of this location their crust is the bomb ?
New Yorker was good, coulda used more cheese, but tasty. Boneless wings were out of the chain!!!

This is the WORST PIZZA IN THE DFW!!! I spent $25 for a delivery that showed up nearly an hour and a half later! The delivery service sucks. My food sat on my door step for God knows how long due to the inconsiderate driver who DID NOT KNOCK. Also, what 's the point in having a tracker if it doesn 't actually track the pizza?! So after getting my cold food I called the store and asked for manager. Some rude kid gets on the phone and I asked him for a refund and his exact words were WELL I SURE HOPE THAT PIZZA ISN 'T TOUCHED he then proceeded to put me on hold and HUNG UP ON ME! Please save your time and money.
