Panera Bread - Grand Prairie

The service in the kitchen was slow to take orders, and the cashier at the front mentioned that the devices they use to notify customers when their orders are ready weren't being used for some reason. Instead, they called out names, which led to a crowded area where everyone was trying to pick up their orders. On a positive note, the customer service was good. However, management might need to take a closer look at operations to ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is the first time I've experienced this at a Panera.

This is a nice spot for a meal, a meeting, or even some work. The atmosphere is usually quiet, as there aren't many diners when I visit. However, the service could use some improvement. The staff doesn't offer much in terms of greetings or a warm welcome when you arrive. It's also a bit inconvenient that food can sit at the counter for 15 minutes without anyone notifying you that it's ready. Additionally, I rarely see a manager around.

I had the steak sandwich and creamy tomato soup, along with a chicken salad and black bean soup. I love the bread, which is made fresh daily. Everything was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. It was a tasty lunch, although it can be a bit pricey!

Very impressive! The salad was made to the highest standards, and the wait time was under 10 minutes from the moment I ordered until my food was ready. I truly enjoyed the experience!

I love to eat in panera, I am here 5 days the week, to eat alone or with friends too breakfast, I had very bad experiences, but I like to eat, adela aleman, she started working here, she is always friendly, she always cleans the tables. she is always there when you need something and she is not the one who is responsible but the only time she was helping me
