85% of the games do not work here. They take your credits and do not work. Almost every game we tried to play did not work. I brought my 3 kids with me, a 4 year old, 5 year old, and an 11 year old. They were really disappointed the games didn’t work. When we went to grab food to be seated there wasn’t a host, we had to walk around and ask permission to be seated. The soap dispensers in the bathroom are all broken, there is no soap only hand sanitizer. How do your employees ever wash their hands if there’s no soap? I will be calling their corporate office and also reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bureau.
Went for early dinner/happy hour, Good drinks, food was decent. Only complaint is kitchen doesn't have consistent serving, they missed some key requests but overall good. Establishments is great, location is great. Definitely visit this location, clean and fun!
Not a very functional establishment. At least on the night my family and i went (6/28/23). Service was slow on a Wednesday. I waited for a cookie sundae for an hour before I was told that they were out of that dessert. Other family members waited almost an hour to have their order taken. My brother still enjoyed his 25th birthday there and everyone enjoyed having fun with each other, so that's a plus. Food service just needs improvement.
The experience was great! The employees were very friendly and helpful with explaining things about their business.
