I can never have a good experience here. The first time I went they charged me for large fries and gave me medium fries. I went up to the drive thru window and let them know. They told me they had to look it up, because they did not believe me. Of course they saw I did in fact order the large fries. They took the medium fries and threw them back in with the same batch. I recently ordered from this restaurant for the first time and requested extra onions. I was asked to pull up and wait a few minutes for my order. However, when I got home, there was not a single onion in my food. I called the restaurant and was informed that they thought I wanted no onions instead of extra. It was disappointing that I couldn't get what I paid for, even after patiently waiting. Due to this experience, I will probably not be returning to this location. It's the little details that can make or break a dining experience.
I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite being a new location, I was surprised at the long wait time I experienced. I ordered a combo meal and waited nearly 20 minutes for my food. When I finally received it, the fries were cold and there was an excessive amount of ketchup on my burger. There was only one car ahead of me during my entire wait. This experience has made me wary of visiting this location again.
This Jack in the Box is located between other businesses, making it a bit difficult to spot. However, it is new and well-maintained. I really love the location and highly recommend it.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a number 7 combo. Number 10 combo. 10 piece nugget and two cheese cakes in the drive through. When I got home I only had the number seven and cheesecakes. So I call them to see if they forgot a bag. Which in their response they said they did. When I drove back to the establishment they gave my 10 piece nugget and STILL forgot the number 10. When I told they employee she grabbed the manager. I explained the situation to her and she argued with me for quiet some time then says she going check the cameras. She goes and realized her mistake and instead of apologizing she say I will only do this once with terrible attitude. I am absolutely appalled on how I was treated at this location.
Ordered 8 tacos and asked for hot sauce. Got charged for extra sauce twice and only received 4 packets of hot sauce ur kidding?
