Chili's Grill - Grand Prairie

Food and service were also not complaining. we all had fun.

Not impressed at all. there is a reason why I was not with chili in 10 years and I was reminded of why. covid goes around again and these people ask about it. they are all sitting in one area there is no splash protection, so it is simply open. the food was mediocre. the drinks were good that it is... the floors are very dirty. I wonder how to see the kitchen. I wouldn't recommend it here.

I should have looked at the reviews but my grandson wanted to come here. The waitress was trying her best. Food order was slow. I order a bacon cheeseburger and it was prepared so sloppy. There was so much shredded lettuce on the bun, some of the French fries were crunchy. They need reupholstery done to one of the seat in a booth. They just need to do better.

Today I sat at the bar and ordered food and a beverage. I'm currently on a health kick trying to lose some weight. The bartender was super quick with suggesting and entre with 2 grilled and seasoned chicken breasts and some seasoned steamed broccoli. I couldn't believe how delicious it was. The people around the bar were very talkative and respectful. Enjoyed my time , the food, and the service.

The food was okay, but the place was dirty. The menu we were given to share was dirty with grease. We asked the host for a clean menu and asked to get 2 of them since there were 2 of us. She rolled her eyes and then brought us new menus. One was clean, the other had crusty food and grease on it. We were given a pile of napkins with silverware on top, but when it came time to use them, I noticed they were covered with small ants. We got replacements which didn't appear to have bugs. We ordered an appetizer and asked that it would be brought out first. It didn't arrive until several minutes after we our food so we sent it back. The server did the best she could, but the place was busy and she had too many tables. Im more upset about the cleanliness and the bugs. I expect better.
