I sat at the bar and tried the bacon rancher sandwich, which was delicious. However, after my food was brought to me, I didn't see the staff again until I asked for my bill. I had to eat my fries dry because they didn't bring any ketchup. I typically love Chili's but I don't plan on returning to this location, even if they offered a free meal. View all feedback.
What Robert Mort doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Just like all other restaurants, they have become over priced. The food was meh. Fries were cold and tasted stale. The brisket quesadilla was good but the bbq sauce was powerful and very sweet. The chicken was ok but not the best. The street corn wasprobably the best tasting item on the plate It wasn't very busy at that time so im not sure why the fries were not better. View all feedback.
About 10 minutes to sit host was rude (not too busy, but was lunchtime.) waitress came over our drinks order and food order, got fajitas asked for well done, we are not well done, did not bring the bors that go with them, tortillas were not even warm, also ordered wings were meh. ? got free chips for a reward member (we are just a buck of broker chip prices, salsa was aulty. drinks were taken with our chips that a drink the other drink was not released until after our entrées) anyway we paid to leave, and waitress took the tablet when I was just before the filling out of survey. So I just left. last time we waited here more than 15 to confirm that we were there (it was only two other tables that it was quite early) finally we are told that they were cleaning up one table and they went on the back, came back and never sat us so that we woke up leaving. I personally recommended this place.
We arrived at chili at 9:30. it was busy, but not packed. there was müll all over the floor that should have been our sign to turn around. we sat fast and it took only minutes until our waitress arrived. It's bad here. she prefers to talk about the cool things she misses instead of remembering our order. she has not put in our appetizers and then forget to add to our brisket quesadillas on the guac. we were never given silver or serviettes. there were only some small pieces of brisket in our food and they were mostly the fat pieces. the burger was cold. the only thing that was good was the pommes. when they think about coming here, they think twice.
The service was good, but the food was not. order Texas cheeses. well overcooked. Cheese was crispy, dry and cooked so much the oil separated from it. they gave it back, and it was coming. a picture is from the menu. Other is what I have.
I really don't understand how this location has five stars. they are always short, eating is slow coming, putting wrong and the restaurant is always dirty. I just waited on the parking lot for an order for 20 minutes. when I went after my order, the person who worked the To-Go area said that everything else was done that they only wait on one object. I waited for another 7 minutes and it wasn't done yet. so with others, you eat there always wait cold for a product.
I called and ordered chicken fried steak. I asked if they had gravy? They said yes. I get there and paid 20 dollars, told the girl I was grateful they had gravy. Otherwise what's the point of this meal.I get home. And NO GRAVY AND ON TOP OF THAT THIS IS CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN NOT STEAK!!!!I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO A MANAGER SHE SAID SHE WAS, SHE SAID WE NO LONGER OFFER CHICKEN FRIED STEAK.WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT AT THE BEGINNING??SHE SAYS. I APOLOGIZE CAN YOU COME BACK AND WE'LL REIMBURSE YOU?HELL NAW, GAS HIGH AS HELL!!!??????
