Stopped by with friend with fish craving. Went through the drive through with two vehicles ahead of us. We received our food in a timely manner and our window wait staff, Ariel, was courteous and expedient with our condiment request. The food quality was atypical for Captain D's. What Walton Bruen doesn't like about Captain D's Seafood Kitchen:
I just managed to be in the hospital all day or I was bad and hurt. And when I got out, I was hungry, so I went to Captain D's to order the seafood plate. The price was good, but now I see why the fish was so damn small that he wants to charge a lot for it. View all feedback.
The only downside was that they served the cole slaw on the plate instead of in a takeout container.
This is my favorite place for seafood by far! It outshines Long John Silver's. It may be a bit expensive, but isn't everything these days? The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. I always go to the location on Camp Bowie Street. I highly recommend it.
I gave this restaurant one star because I ordered spicy fish and received regular instead. Additionally, the tea was spoiled. I usually love this place, so maybe it was just a bad day.
Love this place. They now have hot and spicy fish, really good
