Buffalo Wild Wings - Grand Prairie

Where do you go when you want a good burger? When you want good wings, you don't go to a burger joint. You go to someone that specializes in wings. Can't speak for anyone else, but they've got good good wings, and good customer service. Great place to hang out.

Really really bad service...waited over 10 minutes for anybody to take my order. After getting my order, no one came by to see if everything was okay and to ask me if I needed a refill on my drink or anything else. After finishing my meal, I had to flag down another wait staff associate to pay for my meal...this after waiting 10 minutes for my waiter. The only employee to help me was a tall young employee that even though he was not my waiter and he was really busy himself-he took time to help me.

I love going to BWW and will go 2-3 times a month and usually get good service. I went with my Bf and his cousins family last Monday and our experience was not great. We ordered a sandwich and got a pack instead. Food came at different times, we sat there, without drinks refills for a while. What made me even more crazy that my card was hit this morning with an additional $10, for what I suspect is the top, though I left money on the table. Don't understand how they can do that.

Marcus was worth the night. He seemed to be the only waiter, but was attentive and quick to help us. He even gave us the Tuesday special when we didn't even know about it and were looking for us! Wings were good as I'm sure most people coming to BWW tried it before. Pretzel bites were my fav part!
