They don't answer their phones, the workers they work at the reception are super rude.

We moved around 755 on foot in 756 and the guy said they were "closed" and would not sell us a hot n ready that would be thrown away anyway. Strange. Do not drag me anywhere near 8 or they will not sell to you.

I went to this place today to pick up an order. I had asked for a little cheese pizza before. I wasn't aware they didn't offer different sizes and they never told me anything else. You have me on another pizza I didn't want, then after reviewing the pizzas that they never cut my 3 meat they convinced me to buy. When I called to tell the store about it, they told me they were wounded and they had only one size of pizza. When I asked why they didn't tell me they didn't have a reason, then said thank you for the feedback and hanged on me. No reconciliation or genuine acceptance of the mistakes. Bad customer service. Don't worry. I seem to cut my own pizza.

Okay, I'm getting people to be brief. But I have an online order at 5:50, it was a HOUR and I was told that it would be done at 6:15. It wasn't done. I stay in the lobby for about 30 minutes waiting for my order. While I was sitting there, 3 other people in the lobby complained about how they waited and waited for over 40 minutes. Then the Asst Manager told you he was too busy? get back their money because they screwed up their order.

Always pleasant, I go for the lunch combo. The girl working the counter today absolutely made my day with an m&m brownie just to try after we talked about them. Food is always great too!
