It doesn't accept any rewards and the machines are frequently out of order.

I visit this café almost every morning from Monday to Friday for a latte, and I’m always impressed by their quick service and friendly staff! I love my latte extra hot, and they always get it just right. They really do an outstanding job!

This place serves excellent coffee, and I was impressed that the staff remembered my order after just a couple of visits. However, I did have one issue during a visit when I inquired about my rewards program. The young lady who assisted me simply said, "I don't do that, so I can't help you," while another employee just sat there and stared at us. Overall, the customer service could definitely be improved.

I don't buy here, it's just close to the door.
