It's decent. Clean. Ingredients are fresh. Portions are good sized, but this establishment lacks in some ways. I watched 3 people have wrong items or missing items in their pick up prepaid orders. I went to get a lid for my soup container and came back to my table with a bus tub. My tea, soup and other Togo box thrown away. When I addressed it I was told sorry about that. We had a group of four people—two of us stood in line while the other two, including myself and a woman, placed our orders through the app. Using the app was definitely quicker!
Love this place. Their food and tea and employees are all awesome.
I got my favorite Savannah Chopped Salad and a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar soup, it was enough for two for dinner! Thank you McAlister's for fixing our dinner!
I truly appreciate having a place like this where I can enjoy a familiar-tasting sandwich. They always hit the mark and never let me down! Excellent work, team!
