I have been multiple times recently and have been given the wrong order. Not that they gave me someone else 's order, or misheard me, but heard what I asked for and autocorrected me and input something else similar but not what I asked for. When I confronted them about this once, they told me to make sure to specify when I order but I literally asked for one thing and they decided to give me something else. View all feedback.

Jitterz is one of the best coffee shops in town, the coffee and food are always good. The items are well priced and the staff are friendly, well mannered and always give my daughter sprinkles in her hot chocolate. I've become a regular from how well the staff cares for their customers. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

My wife and I love Jitterz! They are our favorite local coffee shop, so much cheaper than Starbucks and so much better! We are never disappointed.
ALL of the employees at Jitterz are friendly and efficient, always my first choice for my favorite Dirty Chai!!
