Grande River Vineyards - Grand Junction

This was a very last minute planned trip to this weingut. I wanted my adult children to experience their first wine tasting and have selected this place from photos and reviews. not disappointed. the personal was really friendly and patient. landscape near the base of the mountain, along with the weinberg made for great photos. randy went out to give our family a free tour through the facility when I asked. large selection for tasting. the first three were free. wein prices very reasonable with discount offered. 3 bottles of reisling picked up. was in gj (from hawaii) for daughter division with a hectic schedule, but grand river vineyards gave us a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I'd like to come back. mahalo grand river weinberge!

My daughter and I came here a few years ago and had the greatest time! They had 2 groups playing music and we sat on the lawn and listened to them and watched the moon come up over the mesa. Wow. Wow, I have no words. Hope to visit Grande River again.

Grande River Winery has a comfortable tasting room and a splendid upstairs. I appreciate their limited menu as one can focus more on the nuances of each wine. The staff is very friendly accommodating

Definitely worth a stop! The wines are all well done. Good reserve wines and a couple of nice desert wines. A nice winery that's supportive of the local community, always doing the live music benefits on Saturdays. Nice job!

Nice place to taste the wine but not to stay for the scenery....
