I'm from California, and I have to say, this place is not authentic at all! I was really disappointed. After a ten-hour drive, we were starving and chose this restaurant because of its high ratings. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had such terrible Mexican food. The flavors were completely off. I'm not sure how they prepare food in Colorado, but this was poorly done. Absolutely delicious! This is our family's favorite restaurant in Grand Junction.
The food was enjoyable, and the service was excellent. However, I found the dishes to be excessively salty that day, even for someone like me who loves salt. There was plenty of delicious cheese, though!
Allow me to begin by expressing my long-standing loyalty to this establishment, as I have been a patron for approximately 15 years. Fiesta Guadalajara consistently delivers delectable cuisine, boasting the finest micheladas in town, accompanied by exceptional service. However, I must admit that I am slightly disappointed by the recent increase in prices and decrease in portion sizes. Regrettably, I understand that these adjustments are a reflection of the current economic climate. Nevertheless, the quality of the food and service remains outstanding, making it still worthwhile to dine at this establishment.
