short staff was like everywhere. poor woman at the front, took orders, cashed, packed the food. the pommes came out when they were finished! She worked so hard, but also a very sweet disposition. I used the app to order a baked potato with sour cream and chives. I requested extra sour cream, extra bacon, and added cheddar cheese. I paid an extra $2 in fees for these modifications. We ordered the 4 for 4 meal, which is the best deal in the city! Our granddaughter, who is almost 2 years old, was very happy with the extra special treatment she received: a baby frosty, a sucker, and a Tootsie Roll! She was smiling from ear to ear!
It is common in this situation to be understaffed. Customers should anticipate incorrect orders and lengthy waits. The blame should not fall on the employees, but rather the owners.
The baconator was tasty, but unfortunately, they neglected to include the ghost pepper sauce that I paid extra for on the nuggets. This sauce was the main reason I chose to order from there.
The pricing at this fast food restaurant is excessive. While the burger was a decent size, it was not worth the $20 for a delivery meal. One could easily spend half that amount at Burger King and receive the same amount of food of similar quality.
I thoroughly enjoyed the sausage breakfast baconator, as it is always delicious. However, I was disappointed when I ordered the sausage breakfast burrito and received a biscuit sandwich instead. My order was incorrect.
