Pepperjax Grill - Grand Island

The meat on my sandwich was overly salty, and when I requested a little ice, I received the exact opposite—there was so much ice that I couldn't even reach the straw in the cup. Overall, the food wasn't worth the price. Perhaps it was just the staff who were not paying attention, but I'm hesitant to give this place another try.

Food is good, but they can't find out how to open the lobby. The lady in the car thru gets an attitude when people have to repeat their orders. If people boycott the drive-thru, it would force the lobby to open or shut down. I wonder if they find out before that happens!

I travel a lot with work, these are the hands down the worst pepper Jax I've ever been. My sandwich was insensitive as to suck on a salt block, I usually use a lot of spices on my food. No lobby next to three big hotels. I had to go back to get my car so I could use the passage I wish I had?t, though absolutely terrible

I love the amazing food from this place! A great bonus that the staff are gracious and fun. Looking forward to being able to eat inside.
