I ordered 3 family combo meals they literally only took 9 minutes! Quick service for the order correct
The superior mcdonald's in grand island in my opinion. Sorry 2nd street, State street location has you beat by far. Keep up the great work, team!
Sat in the drive thru for 40 Minutes for two quarter pounders, a strawberry shake and an ice cream come, played 15 dollars, finally got to the window and they couldn't even get the order right, had to pay another 2 dollars for the come at the window..this is why they will never get a penny from me or anyone I can talk out of spending money there..If I ran my store like they do at Webb and 13th in Grand Island Ne. I'd be on the Warren line..litterly sat si long ny shake was just nasty and watery.
Used drive thru. No problems . Very efficient , very little waiting period and received exactly what I ordered unlike several other fast food establishments who get it wrong most of the time.
I love the woman who works at the drive-thru - she is always so cheerful! She never fails to brighten my day. I even paid for the order of the person behind me because of her positive attitude.
