The meal was quite disappointing. The fries were not crispy and the hush puppies were all smashed. This restaurant used to be good, but for some reason the quality has gone downhill. I will be crossing this place off my list of establishments to revisit. View all feedback.
Really good place to eat. Excellent service and great staff! Highly recommended
Ordered two-piece fish, 2 southwest shrimp tacos, clam strips... got hardly any clam strips, and got to fried fish tacos instead of shrimp which nobody wanted... Somebody needs to retrain the staff Maybe?
Ordered 3 combos and waited for about 10 minutes. I thought, cool. Waiting means it'll be fresh"Not fresh. Hush puppies had been refried and were hard and greasy. Fish was dry and overly crunchy. Chicken breading mostly was a grease blob and fell off.
Order taker didn't listen to use, got several things rong
Not as good as they used to be. Food tastes like the fryers have old grease in them. Fries taste strange. The food was just warm. Such a disappointment from what they used to be.
