Excellent service. Food is good, of course, though the Chicago dog, of course, isn't Chicago dog enough. Never found one outside of Chicago with the proper fixins, but still good! Custard was great. View all feedback.
What Noah J doesn't like about Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers:
Overall, the experience was decent, but the fries were quite small. The fry sauce was mediocre at best and resembled a knockoff of Chick-fil-A sauce. The burger was good, but the main issue was the delay in serving the custard. The machine was being refilled, but the food was prepared long before the desserts, and one of the treats sat out so long that it melted on the counter. Overall, I would rate it a 4 out of 10.... The food was excellent. It took about 15 minutes from ordering to having my meal ready. The service was friendly, and every staff member made sure to greet and assist customers promptly.
Thank you, Freddy's, for honoring us Veterans. This was my second visit, made possible by the free combo coupon you provided to Veterans. The food was outstanding, the cashier was wonderful, and there was no wait at all. I was truly impressed. Keep up the great work!
We ordered from Freddy's through DoorDash and ended up having to call the store about our order. Just a heads-up: you can't request extra sauces through DoorDash.
Freddie's is always a great place to go. This just happens to be the Friday night hangout here in GI.
Love this place and there food! would it there everyday if i could!
