Always good food but short employees now. But honestly for being short they are always pleasant and seem to try to get things done quickly. I will keep going to support the employees still giving it their all. View all feedback.
What Joe A doesn't like about Burger King:
Went there it was gross. There were homeless people sleeping all over the store, and the lady who served me looked like she had rabbies she was foaming at the mouth. When we left the health inspector came out of the kitchen with a mad look on her face and proceeded to the restroom. Never going to that BK again I'd rather eat on the ground outside it would be cleaner. View all feedback.
Called once about an order, put on hold and forgotten. Called the next day and argued with Gloria (manager) about how I should have Called Back, report it through DoorDash (even though the issue was at the store level, not the delivery), and told my order was fine because one of their ingredients couldn't be overcooked. Hmm.. not the best experience.
It was busy enough to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru line just to recieve cold food. Burger was absolutely drowned in ketchup and mayonnaise as usual. The drive thru is not permissive to larger vehicles.
They said we lied about how many Jalapeño poppers we Ordered and they charged us for a water and it took them half an hour to get us everything They charge two dollars for the water and the jalapeño poppers they said they just dropped we’re cold and not warm They were very rude when we called and they were trying to tell us we lied to them about how we ordered the food
This one on 2nd st is very short staffed, drive thru intercom wasn't working... Had to order at window, had to ask for dipping sauce, fork for my pie, napkins after they handed me my order . It was kinda like they didn't know what came with an order. But they did manage to cut my whopper Jr in half as ordered. Got a shake but no whipped cream on top, said it doesn't come with even though I got one from Webb rd about 2 months prior; and was real cream! Plus register receipt was practically unreadable.. couldn't find store number, what I ordered was not readable most letters and numbers were faint or missing. I was going to give my opinion but could not because all info I needed was unreadable. Who ever owns this BK better take management and customer service courses plus train the employees fully soon or lose the business.
Well its one start cause I can't leave no stars waited 30 mins for food came out cold wasn't even what I wanted i had to go home and re cook all the food ,the sandwich I got wasn't even finished no toppings at all , the complete and lack of professionalism baffled me no apologies or anything , I even had to ask for my card back because they couldn't even manage to do that I understand all businesses are having hard times but that was just unessisary
