There are times when you just need Wendy's. Whether it's their baked potato with beets, the hearty protein in her chili, or fries paired with a Frosty for dipping, it always hits the spot. I've seen their promotional ads for a while now, and although I didn't feel the urge initially, when I finally craved it, Wendy's was my first choice for a meal. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
I was told I needed to order an appetizer during my two recent visits. They insisted it was included in the bag and then closed the window. However, it wasn't in my bag either. The food is similar to other places, but the service is quite unwelcoming. View all feedback.
I'm sorry to report. someone had a bad day. they have made our order wrong twice! but the French pommes and chili were good. mistakes happen.
The only thing good about the Baconator was the picture, it sure didn 't match what I was given. A sliced of bacon cut in half placed on a dryed out patty like 'X ' marks the spot, catsup and mayo looked like it was trying to hide something . Dave would not have been proud of this burger, that I do know.
Wrong order for husband....The large chili had about 10 beans in it. worst I've ever seen...very disappointed.
I like the salads. We go through often. But the nuggets have been old and cold. Second to last time we were shorted by 2 nuggets. This time we were shorted by 3. And they were cool. The chicken sandwich hubby ordered was dry. My salad was good. But hubby won't go back. Lost our business.
Arrived at 8:45 pm. Lobby was closed so we couldn’t go inside. We go through the drive thru, fine. I ordered 10 spicy nugs with ranch. Boyfriend orders a chicken sandwich meal. The ONLY good item that was fresh were the fries. My chicken nugs were hard, I’d be willing to argue they were from yesterday morning. The chicken for the chicken sandwich wasn’t as bad, but it wasn’t much better. They didn’t give my sauce. We split the sandwich and the fries. Oh, but we DID get cookies. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
