Great food and atmosphere. I would rate higher but they don't deliver and the owner has no intention of expanding. They could definitely use a larger location.Recently moved closer. Would still like them to deliver BUT... absolutely the BEST wings in town right now. View all feedback.

Not bad, not great. Just middle of the road. Jambalaya was ok and a bit bland. The wings must be the thing to get here.
This place is Awesome! Shark sauce wings as well the blackened wings and you won't be disappointed! I eat until I'm stuffed, then I order more to go, for real!
People all over the United States have heard of this hidden gem from me. I’m literally obsessed. Best wings in the world!
Your quintessential college wing bar. Between the encouraged bathroom vandalism, the best wings in Grand Forks and the cheap beer deals, the Cay can't be beat. 1 lbs Shark 10s with two ranches for life.
