I just went through the drive-thru and had an incredible experience! I asked for refried beans instead of oles, and the man taking my order was so excited that I was the first person to request that all day. When I got to the window, he was exceptionally friendly. His customer service was outstanding; he was so bright and energetic that he truly made my day better. I wanted to let the manager know how great he was do... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco John's:
Their service can be a little slow. Walked in there, the cashier was counting money and told us to wait while he counts (happened twice). We ate in there a couple of times and they're always low in their sauces, people had to go over the counter to ask for it before they do something bout it. Slow in refilling it too. They used to have pico de gallo but now it's gone. Food's alright and price is average too. Overall,... View all feedback.
I like taco John's way better than taco bell. It tastes better to me. Pretty quick service and food. I like the potatoes ole with cheese. They did make the apple grande smaller this year. Wish they had the old Sierra chicken back. But you know if they brought it back it wouldn't be the same-they would screw it up and be gross. Anyway I like eating there.
Only reason I gave 3 stars is because the food is good. As for the customer service I 'd rate it a zero. Twice during ordering the drive through women said okay is that it? I 'm sorry just comes off as rude. Then at the window the guy was even more unwelcoming. Most akward and unwelcoming visit I 've had any where. I 'm not going back there ever again
Quality fast eating at a reasonable price. their breakfast bowl is delicious and enormous, they will not be hungry. six packs and a pound is also a good business. six soft or crispy tacos and a pfund of kartoffel? that can't go wrong. taco dosday makes a lot better

I decided to get the Boss burrito and was pleasantly disappointed. For paying to get the steak upgrade I got only about two pieces of meat totally not worth the price, also beware that nacho cheese and sour cream are additional charges. I have never had a problem with a Taco Johns in the past but this visit was very lackluster and disappointing, employees were decent, especially watching the, deal with the customer behind me that for some reason was being way to demanding.
