We traveled from California to North Dakota and live two hours away from this Taco Bell. During our visit, we spent two different days in the city and chose to stay over just to eat here. My partner was a bit hesitant because of the reviews, but the staff was incredibly friendly and upbeat! I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating; the hardworking team deserves recognition. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The experience was decent overall, but nothing extraordinary. However, I must say the double bark spicy burrito was quite tasty. They are currently undergoing renovations, which is a positive change, as the place looks better now. The menu is clean and easy to read, making it simpler to choose what you want. My queen was hardly warm and the cheese was not melted. there was a long line, so I understand that they are trying to pull people through, but I would rather have waited the 2 minutes to cook it completely. baja blas was as always delicious!
I was disappointed in this location this time around, first of all they redefined the meaning of fast food, there were only two cars in front of me and it took easily 20 minutes to get my food and the second thing that upset me was the fact that they had no salsa all they had was there fire red hot salsa. Can you imagine a fast food Mexican restaurant with no salsa for its customers? Lastly I ordered some Cinnabon rolls and they were stale and dry, must have been made yesterday as they certainly weren't fresh. Overall it was a disappointing meal.
Service was fast but they missed one item. When we went to ask for the missing item they made us bring in our whole order two prove we weren't lying. I've never had this happen before, they usually just give us our missing item. Additionally my husband and I ended up sick from the food and are still dealing with the symptoms more than 24 hours later. My kids' food didn't make them sick luckily.
This is the worst excuse for a quesarito that I've ever seen. Every item in the bag was wrong and cold. I don't know if this is a training issue or a general lack of care of the employees but oh my gosh yall need to get it together.
Went to Taco Bell one night and got 2 hard shells, 2 soft shells and a Beefy Melt burrito. When I got home, everything was in the bottom of the bag, unwrapped, and the toppings were all over inside the bag. I called them and a gentleman told me they would be replaced free of charge next time I came in. They took my name and address and told me it would be taken care of. The next time I came in, I inquired about my free meal and Kaylee, the manager, had no idea what I was talking about. I am absolutely disgusted by the way this was handled, and the customer service needs to greatly improve.
