What Brittney M doesn't like about Caribou Coffee:
It's always hit or miss on speed of service here. Some days it's super fast and others it's super slow. I've hit the drive thru when there was 1 car ahead of me and it took 25 mins. Other times there 5 cars and it takes 15 mins for all of us to get through. My hot chocolate is always HOT and sooo good! View all feedback.
I came in for breakfast and coffee. Their food and coffee are great! Not only that, but the interior of the building makes you feel comfortable and roomy. The service was also very good. The employees were ready to take my order as soon as I walked up to the register and my order was ready by the time I finished my order. I definitely recommend this caribou compared to others I’ve been to.
The staff behind the counter were absolutely lovely. Made my hot chocolate to perfection and seemed to understand that I couldn't handle very hot drinks. The young lady behind the counter was kind enough to add a little extra milk so I can drink my hot chocolate. Everybody was friendly and their little shop is cozy and welcoming. Kudos to the team working behind the counter.
One of the best coffee shops around. Caribou certainly is delicious, has the best rewards and the most friendliest staff!
I like there point system and I like the caramel high rise my self the price is about average compared to the others and they have fast friendly service.
I enjoy visiting this place every morning. The cheerful smiles and positive demeanor of the staff always brighten my day. The pressed sandwiches and jalapeño bacon and cheddar are amazing!
