Chuck's Roadhouse Grill Grand Bend

I made a reservation for a special celebration, but it felt pointless. We were almost laughed at when we mentioned our reservation for the patio. Even though there was an empty table outside, we were told it would be too much trouble to clean and that it would take "several minutes" to prepare it for us. We were then encouraged to sit inside instead. The food and service turned out to be amazing, and I'm glad we stayed despite the initial frustration. If you're not going to honor reservations, maybe it's best to remove your restaurant from OpenTable.

The food and service were incredible, and despite our initial temptation to leave, I'm really glad we stayed. If you don't want to deal with reservations, you can always use OpenTable to book your table at a restaurant.

The food was fantastic and the prices were reasonable. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly.
