Excellent scenery, great location, beautiful paintings that welcome you in the hotel, very professional, friendly and kind service. One of the best Tagliatelle have ever eaten in town recommend this meal 100%, nice, clean swimming pool of descent size with a restaurant having a view over the ocean. Very clean hotel, toilets, beaches etc... Negative aspects: meals are over priced and but the best in town. Rooms filled... View all feedback.

What 1Dumza 9 (1 9 months ago on Google dislikes about Le Koral Beach:
Horrible owners. No sense of humbleness to their customers. Daughter Mother no respect for clients at all. Worst place and service. From RSA, will tell all my business friends and families from SA to never set their foot there at Koral Beach Hotel. Horrible Horrible Attitude!!! It will not see and survive by this year's festive season... View all feedback.

As a business owner myself I understand the challenges of running a business in West Africa. However, customer service and respect towards you guests don’t change no matter where in the world you run a business. The hotel is located at a great spot with a fantastic view. The area is kept clean neat and personnel is friendly and always smiling. The tagliatelle is great but like the entire menu over priced (the rest of dishes are of mediocre quality). The rooms seem clean enough (although a little mopping wouldn’t hurt), and come with a free mosquito army attacking you at night. Sleep got even more disrupted by noises on the roof. Upon informing the owner, customer service seemed to have left the property and respect was nowhere to be found; a thank you was forced out of me and the review of a fellow traveler was forced to be adjusted before we could get our luggage.

I absolutely love the Koral Beach Hotel. It's clean and well designed, with comfortable rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. The owner, Cheryl, is delightful. The pool is perfect. The food is tasty. Don't hesitate to stay at Le KBH!

The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. There was a lovely atmosphere and the owner would make sure that her guests were happy with all the services on offer. The food was always well presented and flavoursome. This is a good hotel to stay in while you take in the local culture of Grand Bassam.
