Locale molto elegante, con personale super in tutti i sensi. Ampia scelta di vini, anche bollicine, e di superalcolici pregiati. Molti i coktails analcolici. Buona scelta di birre anche analcoliche. La guida è proibita con qualunque presenza alcolica. Non ho trovato traccia di ristorazione : qualche panino, bruschette e qualche dessert. Sicuramente eccellente il locale ma non è ristorante. It's right in the traffic (cars + passers-by).INSIDE: There are 2 different sections, as they say, smoking and non-smoking areas. However, I've been in both of them and there is no real difference. Soup was a little on the oily side and the pasta tasted very sweet. I was hungry. In all nothing special not very delicious.
A perfect place to find everything to feel good. The atmosphere is warm, the decor is charming, the music is good, the coffin and the other specialties are delicious, service perfectly. You have to try, and I'm sure you fall in love here.
In Trandafirilor Square, about Concordia Hotel, this underground caffeine is the right place to spend your afternoon in a latte machiato or a quick espresso after lunch. Many coffee choices. Nice atmosphere!
Nice personal; excelent products. Great variety of products. Easy to reach in the centre of town. A place where you can spend an excelent Sunday morning or a great afternoon.

Even if you CAN'T smoke in one of them, you still smell the cigarette in the other. It is CLEAN, though, and the couches are VERY relaxing. SERVICE: waiters/waitresses are a bit bored .
