There was a complete lack of patience and understanding wh... read more I found it quite disturbing how the supervisor not only treated the employees but also the customers. There was a complete lack of patience and understanding when one of their employees was struggling. The supervisor yelled at him, and another employee even mocked him by saying he didn’t know anything and laughed about it. The employee was trying to seek help from the supervisor to rectify a mistake, but instead of receiving assistance, he was met with more yelling and dismissed. It was frustrating to see them talking over him, not allowing him to express himself. I truly felt for him; he was just trying to do his job while being treated poorly. Despite the situation, he remained very courteous, and he definitely did not deserve to be treated that way.

The drive-thru area is quite cramped, and there's not enough room for cars, which... read more This is your typical KFC location, but I was surprised by the disorganization. The drive-thru area is quite cramped, and there's not enough room for cars, which could cause some to back up onto the road if the wait gets too long. Additionally, the entrance and exit for the drive-thru are on different roads. On a positive note, they do accept credit cards.

The chicken is often not cook... read more This KFC is one of the worse I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them a few different opportunities but the quality is consistently bad. The chicken is often not cooked properly and the pieces are very small. Wait times inside are often incredibly long. Last night i ordered 20 chicken wings and half of the box was nearly inedible. They were like leather. Ive given this location a few chances and i will not be returning here.
