We are here for a Father's Day dinner. I usually avoid Chinese Buffet restaurants as I am a vegetarian and rarely find non-meat dishes in these places. My husband loves Chinese Buffet and since the day was about him...we went. My daughter (also a vegetarian) and I were checking out the options when the "Maitre'd" of the place came by. I asked her which dishes were non meat. She took us through all the choices and the... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about La Maison Wong:
Very ordinary all you can eat buffet, specializing in American style 'Chinese' food, very greasy, limited choices for vegetables and no meat dishes. Almost everything is deep fried in heavy batter... there is a hot grill on which you can cook your beef or chicken which is cool. The salad bar is a joke, seriously don't go there is you're vegetarian. Desert bar is really ordinary. Quite expensive for the quality, altho... View all feedback.
They also have fountain drinks all you can drink.Sushi also. A lot of the food this time was well seasoned. I'd suggest the restaurant to add a pasta like lasaga and pizza to the mix since it would be a great touch.Kid-friendliness: Small cups for kids and many kid friendly desserts and food
So the food was disgusting and unedible. The waitress avoided our table the entire time. One alcoholic drink was ordered for a table of 13 a long black hair was found in it was still charged for it. Two other people found hair in their food. For myself and my husband it was almost 80 DOLLARS. Do yourself a favor go to McDonald's down the road.
Showed up at 5pm on a Friday. The food choice was limited . At closer look it was obvious it was from lunch.....when the food was replenished they just dumped it on top of the old stuff..... . The fried food had no meat in it, just breading and you could tell the oil was old . $140 for 2 adults and 2 kids and the tip was added automatically. If I could give this place a 0* I would.
Frog legs, spicy chicken wings and wonton soup Makes the best combo
Service is fine. But quality of food is really not great. Everything that is deep fried which is most of the food,is soaked in oil. $50 for two peoples lunch and we both left very unsatisfied. I would not recommend to anyone, you would be much better off getting your Chinese food at the food court in the mall just across the street from Wongs.
