Some customers enjoyed the impeccable service and delicious food, particularly highlighting the Arancini and pasta dishes. However, others were disappointed by the mediocre service, rude staff, and dry dessert. The ambiance varied across different sections of the restaurant. While some experienced the terrace as beautiful, others found it disappointing. With reasonable prices and a cozy atmosphere, the restaurant is a popular choice for many, but inconsistencies in service quality mean that some guests may have a less enjoyable experience.
This place is incredible and the Italian dishes are not only delicious but they are mouthwatering. I loved the pasta dish with fettuccini and the penne arrabiatte. The chef and cooks did a superb job and the staff is simply friendly and full of smiles. I would definitely go back some day. Price is fair.Enjoy:)
The restaurant is divided into two salons, one with a pleasant atmosphere, and one rather simple part. We were surprised to see such a difference in look within the same restaurant.The food was excellent, both the appetizer (snails) and main course (filet Mignon). Wine selection was good. The desert was possibly not in the same class as the other items. Two of us had Tiramisu for desert, but we felt it was dry and not very tasty. Being asked by the waitress how we liked the cake, we said what we thought of it, which prompted her to give us a shot glass of Tia Maria to pour onto the cake. That made a big difference. However, when we got the bill, we were surprisingly charged for the Tia Maria, something we had not ordered. So the restaurant's gesture fell quickly on it's face... But the dinner was all in all very good, and we will come back to this place.
In comparing the food to that from other Italian restaurants both at home and on our travels, we felt that the food here was just so-so. Not sure what happened to our server as she seemed to have disappeared after taking our order. At one point, after a wait of close to 15 minutes after requesting another beverage, I left the table and went in search of a server. Any server.
The best italian in town. Causy with a very good service. The best italian restaurant in town. Very cosy and great service. Nice terrasse. Good selection of wine.
Great food, quality presentation. The waitress was great and tried her best to deal with us in English. Nice atmosphere. The veal and mushroom meal was outstanding.
