We are English speakers on vacation in Montreal and stopped by Ben and florentine for breakfast. The staff were lovely and polite to us, finding us English menus and doing their best to accommodate us. This is far different then the expierences weve had at other restaraunts on our treat and we appreciate it immensely. The food was great as well. View all feedback.
What vanessa reynaert doesn't like about Ben Florentine:
Nous avons fait livrer. Les deux repas des enfant étais des crêpes smores. Les crêpe Les crêpes son arrivé amoché, un splash de garniture. Nous aimions cette endroit, jusqu'à ce matin. On m'offrait de PEUX ETRE pouvoir m'offrir un smoothie en magasin. Sinon de refaire la fil de livraison, tout en me disant que ça va être très long. View all feedback.
The food was good despite forgetting the custard in the order! The Hollandaise sauce is very thick but good! In short, it’s always better on site but the service is perfect!

This restaurant leaves to be discussed in terms of food and service.I took the same plates there that I usually take in other Ben&Florentines. The plates are literally half the size. A sausage, 3 slices of bacon, 9 potatoes and French toast without syrup (because there is talk of paying extra for the syrup).I paid for extras that I was not given. When I ask questions, the waitress walks off to other customers and only comes back with a bill almost 30 minutes later mentioning that we had our extras. We didn't get water or coffee without having to ask for it on more than one occasion. I find the service received appalling. This branch is to be avoided. Lots of competitors will be happy to serve you well, with good dishes that won't cost you $25 per person for next to nothing. My spouse having a small appetite suggested that I finish with a McDo.

Good lunch, fruit was very fresh and on point, prompt service.
