No longer in the city. great super market for health products. it is the largest place to find all their vegan cheese, organic fruit and vegetables, nuts, gluten-free pasta, milk. they also carry a large area of medecinal and supplement, but they can also buy dehydrater, sprouts supply, coffee machine and tee. have a bistro section with helathy' eating (a few vegan option also, but most of their daily special is meat and fish. deception)

There are 3 of these supermarkets now (judgment in granby, one in longueuil on the south bank, opened in 2007 and one in the cartier dix30, also on the outside, opened in 2011? ca. I have been on the way since its opening in 2007 in longueuil and it is simply great. for my family it is like our local food business where everyone knows them even if their personal changes quite a lot, most of them are students, I am always welcome like an old customer (I always thought I am the most serious customer, as I am my food and household shopping there exclusively, while other customers only buy some things and definitiw for the rest go different). this is just a paranthesis to give them an idea why I more double their products and their plastic (oh, the too often) than many of their newer employees know. this place has been great since the beginning, it has been built environmentally friendly, uses biodegradable plastic bags and offers kartons (in which they receive some products from suppliers). they mostly sell food: fresh products, frozen, or chilled, diary, meat, (a great selection of vegan substitutes of milk and meat) natural drinks, bakery, pastries, soils, most of which would be a food business. they also have a good selection of gluten-free foods, from seasoning all kinds, whispering everything they want. they also have natural and/or organic cleansing products and cosmetics, a large selection of supplements and natural medicine (e.g. homeopathic,) many books, eco household products (clamping lines, spänen natural pergament paper, detergents of all kinds etc). there is also a small caffe that offers drinks, sandwiches, suppening, wraps, salads etc. not an amazing choice for eating there every day, but in any case beautiful when they are in the neighbourhood. they have some vegan choices, we had a family dinner there last year and it was moderately expensive. the price design. they are quite affordable and with the time their prices become better. all in all, it is a great place and so a relaxed extension to the traditional supermarket people (fellow shoppers) are more beautiful, there are classic music in the backgraound, it is always extremely clean, their employees are very polite and helpful and quite knowledgeable. I went to other natural and organic supermarkets and avril (together with the TAU chain) are by far the best and largest where they can find almost everything they need regularly.

They find everything from organic products, cereals, frozen foods, vitamins, snacks, environmentally friendly cleansing products and natural care products from avril. the staff are all friendly, helpful and professional and the prices are competitive. always love to go in there when I'm in the eastern cities!
