Ketzler's Schnitzel Haus And Biergarten

Excellent, excellent, excellent. We eat every year at Ketzler when we make our annual pilgrimage to the Granbury Wine Walk. The Holstein Schnitzel is for to die like any dish with its sausage. They even serve German beers I like – rare. I tend to prefer Belgian ales and imperial mares. (I had the Oktoberfest from the ****. You can be sure that the beers perfectly complement the aromas of every German meal. The word of caution when you are in a hurry: the carvings are not fast food. Waiting is worth it.

For the first time at Kretzler's and it was GREAT!!! We stayed in Granbury and stumbled on this fantastic restaurant in the place for a late lunch. The menu had something for everyone. Our waitress suggested some German beers we would enjoy, and their descriptions of beer and region from which they came were with the best sommeliers at a high-end steak house in DFW. The quality of the food was as good as farm to table. They warn you about the size of their parts and it's not a joke. If you like residues, go for full orders. I can't say enough good things about our experience in Kretzlier unless we'll be back soon. Thank you for offering us a great meal, good beer and delicious deserts. We'll be back soon.

Read that this restaurant was one of 10 worth driving from the DFW area to go to ...and German is my favorite food. I rarely have found a German restaurant that I would recommend to others to go to because I"m pretty picky with my German food. THIS WAS AUSGEZEIGNET! GANZ TOLL! GO HERE!!! I will be back. So worth the hour drive from Grand Prairie. The restaurant is like a quaint Gasthaus in Deustchland, complete with musicians, a lovely Biergarten...just wonderful! I now don't need to drive up north to Plano or Frisco in the DFW area for good German food..this was better!

Great on the terrace, listening to music and watching football. The waitress was great. Eat well, good taste. Something about cooked tonight. Had been nice waitress realized I didn't eat it. But I liked the place. People were nice.

Anyway I go there the food is excellent and the service is great, I love the atmosphere and the excellent food, I would recommend eating at this great place at least 4 times a month and the music is also great.
