The spareribs were falling-off-the-bone good with the best barbecue sauce I've ever had. The chicken was moist and excellent. The chopped and sliced brisket were tender and smoked to perfection. Skinless Hot links and sausages were the best. The cream cheese filled, wrapped in bacon smokies were a change of pace--very hot, but very good.
