We came down to Granbury to hang out on a Sunday afternoon. We came to have a nice lunch and was given just that. Tiffany was PHENOMENAL! She made the best Farina?s swirls for us! The food was also very light for lunch and the portions were perfect. Would definitely come again. View all feedback.
What Terry Allen doesn't like about Farina's Winery Cafe:
I would not advise booking a private event at this restaurant. The communication throughout the process was very lacking. We had scheduled a meeting with the event coordinator, but she didn't show up. We didn't consider it a major issue at the time, as the owner and another staff member kindly met with us to show us the space. They instructed us to email them our menu preferences, which we did on May 19th. After rece... View all feedback.
I Absolutely love Farinas! The staff are attentive and just delightful (even on days that they are short-staffed they work hard to really give you a great experience). The back patio is dog friendly, I often go and enjoy their WONDERFUL pizza and a glass of wine with my Sheltie. The last time I went (about a month ago) I had the baked whitefish which was fantastic. The inside of the restaurant has a lovely ambiance and is great for date nights. Get reservations for Friday and Saturday nights, other evenings you can usually walk in with a little (15-20 minute) wait.
Located on the historic Granbury Square, Farina's is a great place for a beautiful glass of wine. It is also quite decent that it was chosen as a set for scenes in the new 1883 show on Paramount! I expect to choose more Entrées, but the food is good.
My wife and I had a great time here. Walked in without reservations and only had to wait 30-45 minutes so we walked around the square. Service was good for an understaffed place. We were expecting local wines but it was all Californian, Italian, etc. Our appetizer never showed up. The food was good, nice atmosphere. Bread wasn't anything special. Definitely worth a try if you're in old town Granbury
This is a great Granbury establishment. Food is fairly priced and very good. Like many restaurants presently the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed but provided good service. I would say music was a bit loud and A/C too cold. None of these being overwhelming issues and maybe just personal preference.
We celebrated our anniversary here and couldn't find a better place! The atmosphere was perfect and the food was wonderful. We had the Sicilian style marinated steak, which was so delicate and cooked until perfection with amazing spices. Can't wait to go back!
