As is so often the case, the best eating and drinking establishments aren't the ones that are the subject of paid advertising, but are the ones that you run int... read more As is so often the case, the best eating and drinking establishments aren't the ones that are the subject of paid advertising, but are the ones that you run into haphazardly. Such was the case with us and Tocateja. The atmosphere, with its high ceilings, excellent music feed, soft lighting (and air conditioning! produced a memorable two nights in Granada. This is not a tourist stop full of people from everywhere. We felt we were at one with the fine people of Granada and Spain here, and our servers could not have been more hospitable. The bull tail tapas were superb, and everyone in the group enjoyed their drinks (a solid tempranillo for me and the orange wine shots at the end. My memory of Granada will be as much from the Tocateja as the Alhambra.

Good range of drinks at great prices. The tapas was outstanding. We recommend the Flamenquin, it will blow you away.
