We enjoyed a very satisfying meal here of Turbot and salad. It was beautifully prepared and delicious. We also tried the desserts but these were a little less appealing. If you are staying at the hotel you will be well looked after at this restaurant.
Outstanding tasting menu from chef Manuel made this a very special evening. Manuel’s experience in Michelin starred restaurants was obvious from the first taste through to dessert. Over several hours we were treated to a veritable feast. Ajoblanco chilled soup with sprouts, black cherry ice cream and cured mackerel sounded an odd combination but tasted amazing. Granada style salted cod and orange remojon salad was spicy and delicious. Thin almadraba tuna was exquisite. Sea bass had just been delivered fresh to the restaurant, so was substituted and melted in the mouth. The San Pascual pork fillet with Grenoblesa sauce was a highlight. Dessert was a local speciality and delicious. Everything was served by lovely staff, and the enthusiasm from chef and staff was infectious. Once you have enjoyed the restaurants overlooking the Alhambra serving average food, do yourself a favour and try this amazing food deserving of a Michelin star without doubt.
This restaurant is far beyond expectations and acceptance. I was on my own and I wanted to order a menu. Both set menus were denied! You can only get them when there are two on the same table! Remember the restaurant is part of a five star hotel. Summary: Never again!
We went to this restaurant as we stayed in the parador because we already know how little the restaurant offers in this and in garnata we could go walking. garnata is the restaurant of the aurea washing machine irving. letter not very extensive neither dishes nor wines. but well and kindly served. It's not cheap, but if you're late for the parador or are visiting the mat is a good choice. If you're in town, I wouldn't go up.
