Unfortunately, the men's bathroom was clogged and in poor condition, so my husband was unable to go when he really needed to. Good customer service would have been to allow him to use the women's restroom and ask any waiting women to hold on for a moment. If we had known there was no men's restroom available, we would have gone elsewhere for gas.
