Waited 26 minutes for a few dollar menu items. Watched numerous cars and walk-ins be served before I saw my food. Employee explained they didn't have any potatoes and they had to make fresh. Sure, no problem. But it would've been nice if that was communicated before I waited almost half an hour. Employee then gave me a bag of cinnamon twists that spilled all over in the bag and coated everything in cinnamon. Nice gesture. Unless you're allergic to cinnamon. Total failure from this location. Likely will not return as I have had numerous bad experiences at this location. Wait times are always horrible, staff couldn't care less and management is a joke. Almost positive there was a district manager there as well. (blue shirt) who was doing nothing but chatting up the employees and eating a taquito.

I normally wouldn’t leave a review but after the 20th time getting my doordash order wrong it gets pretty annoying. There is consistently items missing and the items missing are in the receipt so I’m still being charged. To me, it seems as simple as just reading the order and putting the stuff in the bag.
