Whataburger - Graham

I had a bad experience last winter at this Whatabuger. I decided to try again since it was my favorite Hamburger stop. Pleasantly suprised by the efficiency, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of this staff. They have been Exonerated. GreatJob.

We were thoroughly impressed with this Whataburger! The server was incredibly friendly, sweet, and helpful; she truly went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional! The food was delicious, and the shake was absolutely delightful! This experience has us eagerly anticipating our next opportunity to visit a Whataburger, especially since we don't have them in our home state.

I visited this place for a late-night drink, not thinking much of it, and ended up forgetting my shoes at home. The line was quite long, so I decided to go inside. I waited for a while but didn’t receive any service. Eventually, an employee saw me, but instead of taking my order, he chose to be rude because I wasn't wearing shoes. After that, he simply went about his business, leaving me ignored. I stood there for a total of 20 minutes in an atmosphere that felt judgmental and unwelcoming, and I never even got served. I won’t be returning. It was a terrible experience.

Once I got home, I realized that I had only received the pancake platter and the hash browns. Since I had two bags, I assumed everything was there and didn't check. I made my way back to the restaurant to address the missing food. When I informed the cashier about the issue, he relayed it to a guy in the back, who initially claimed he had already packed everything, but then went ahead and made the items anyway. I received the honey butter biscuits but still didn’t get the chicken sandwich. At this point, I was fed up with the whole ordeal, so I left with what I had. I don't usually write reviews, but I've had several negative experiences at this Whataburger, and today was by far the worst.

Breakfast platter sucked even McDonald's does better but same size portion. Staff was good and polite. Eggs were watered-down and sausage dry, pancakes were ok.
